Account Support Specialist

RXQ Compounding, LLC is seeking a full-time Account Support Specialist to assist our growing team at our location inside the Ohio University Innovation Center in Athens, OH and soon our location in Albany, OH.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires
  • Lead generation for the sales team
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Set up new Customer Accounts
  • Follow up on customer interactions

General Requirements: Experience with Salesforce and Seamless.AI preferred. Must have a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, ease communicating and working as part of a team, a focus on detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, exhibit potential to advance to higher technical levels, and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Some flexibility is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

 

Inside Sales Interns
 
RXQ Compounding, LLC, a 503B Outsourcing Facility, now located in Albany, OH, is seeking 3-4 Inside Sales Interns to call new customers to help generate leads for our sales team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Understanding our business and the entire product line

Job Requirements:

  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus. 

Hours are typically Monday to Friday. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule.

503B Outsourcing Facility Area Sales Representative

RXQ Compounding, LLC is seeking a full-time Area Sales Representative to assist our growing team in the regions covering central region of the United States preferably based in Texas.

Breakthrough opportunity in the new paradigm of FDA 503B licensed outsourcing facilities. Field sales representative for a compounding facility. We are one of the few 503B licensed outsourcing labs in the country. We are seeking motivated sales people to help rapidly expand and meet the exponential growth of this new market.

  • Conduct face-to-face visits and cold calling to current and potential compounding pharmacy customers within assigned territory
  • Develop strategies and implement plans to grow assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Service to assist with territory development
  • Continuously prospect and follow up with new customers
  • Generate weekly sales call reports and update contact databases
  • Operate within expense budget guidelines and policies
  • Expense Report completion bi-weekly
  • Achieve year over year annual sales growth
  • Stays abreast of market trends and changes in the compounding industry
  • Attend trade shows/events as required
  • Base Salary plus commission

Technical/Special Skills/Qualifications: Record of sales achievement, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, and hospital sales experience preferred.
