Account Support Specialist

RXQ Compounding, LLC is seeking a full-time Account Support Specialist to assist our growing team at our facility in Albany, OH.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires
  • Lead generation for the sales team
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Set up new Customer Accounts
  • Follow up on customer interactions

General Requirements: Experience with Salesforce and Seamless.AI preferred. Must have a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, ease communicating and working as part of a team, a focus on detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, exhibit potential to advance to higher technical levels, and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Some flexibility is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Inside Sales Interns
 
RXQ Compounding, LLC, a 503B Outsourcing Facility, now located in Albany, OH, is seeking 3-4 Inside Sales Interns to call new customers to help generate leads for our sales team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Understanding our business and the entire product line

Job Requirements:

  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus. 

Hours are typically Monday to Friday. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule.

Lab Technician

RXQ Compounding, LLC is now hiring part-time and full-time lab technicians to assist our pharmacist and team members at our location in the Ohio University Innovation Center in Athens, OH. The position will move to our new location in Albany, Ohio when the facility opens.

General Requirements : Must have a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, ease communicating and working as part of a team, a focus on detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, exhibit potential to advance to higher technical levels, and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience: Lab experience is preferred but not necessary. Must have willingness to learn and practice aseptic techniques.

Certifications: We will train and certify the right person.
Schedule: Daytime and evening shifts. Flexibility required.
Education: College degree in science field preferred.

Shipping Technician

RXQ Compounding, LLC is now hiring a full-time Shipping Technician. This individual will report directly to the Shipping Manager. 

General Requirements: Job duties shall include but are not limited to picking, checking and packaging items from an extensive list of products. This person will assist in taking inventory of shipping materials and reporting to the Shipping Manager when stock is low. Organizational skills and attention to details are critical to ensure customers receive their order on time and correctly picked.

Experience: Preferably 1-2 years working in a shipping/inventory organizational role. Must have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Shipping Easy software.

Education: College degree in science field preferred.

Inside Sales Representative

RXQ Compounding, LLC is seeking part-time and  full-time Inside Sales Representatives to assist our growing team in Albany, OH. This is a breakthrough opportunity in the new paradigm of FDA 503B licensed outsourcing facilities, as we are one of the few 503B licensed outsourcing labs in the country. We are seeking motivated sales people to help rapidly expand and meet the exponential growth of this new market.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Learn and understand full product line
  • Conduct phone calls to current and potential compounding pharmacy customers as assigned.
  • Develop strategies and implement plans to grow assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Service to assist with development
  • Continuously prospect and follow up with new customers
  • Updating contact databases
  • Achieve year over year annual sales growth
  • Stay abreast of market trends and changes in the compounding industry
  • Attend trade shows/events as required

Technical/Special Skills/Qualifications: Record of sales achievement, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, and hospital sales experience preferred. Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Quality Assurance Manager in Cary, North Carolina                                                                                             

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Quality Assurance, including batch disposition and management of QA activities related to manufacturing and testing of drug product. This position is also responsible for Internal and External audits, Supplier Management, Environmental Monitoring, Product Transfer activities and training and mentoring of staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the site Quality Unit.
  • Lead and facilitate site regulatory inspections, including Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Serve as the site’s primary contact for FDA, cGMP consultants, and customers regarding quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Document review and batch disposition of drug product. Review and approve batch records, including change controls, investigations (deviations, out-of-specification (OOS)/out-of-trend (OOT)), and analytical data.
  • Review and approve complaints. Obtain corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Serve as the Microbiology subject matter expert,including environmental monitoring, sterility, endotoxin and bioburden testing.
  • Direct and maintain the environmental and personnel monitoring programs.
  • Responsible for performing impact assessment related to batch disposition.
  • Review and approve test methods (i.e. sterility), method validation protocols (i.e. aseptic process simulations) and reports, stability protocols and reports.
  • Review and approve quality agreements, SOPs, and specifications.
  • Review and approval of equipment qualifications and manufacturing process validation protocols and reports.
  • Direct and maintain the self-inspection/internal audit program.
  • Lead and maintain the Supplier Management program.
  • Lead, train and mentor in continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure a systematic approach to development is employed that begins with pre-defined objectives and emphasizes product and process understanding and process control based on sound science and quality risk management.
  • Support departmental functions and build partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders in other areas of the business to ensure success of quality operations.
  • Support the organization in maintaining a work environment focused on quality and one that fosters learning, respect, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
  • Interpret Regulatory Authority regulations, guidelines and policies.
  • Communicate and ensure compliance with Quality objectives, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • BS in Microbiology or Chemistry or related science.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in aseptic processing.
  • 3+ years of managing Quality Unit in cGMP aseptic processing facility.
  • ASQ/CQA Certification highly desired.
  • Proven experience training teams and developing/coaching direct reports.
  • Demonstrated and continued knowledge of ICH, ISO, 21 CFR 210 and 211, USP, FDA Guidances (i.e. FDA Draft Guidance Current Good Manufacturing Practice – Guidance for Human Drug Compounding Outsourcing Facilities Under Section 503B of the FD&C Act and FDA Guidance for Industry – Sterile Drug Products Produced by Aseptic Processing – Current Good Manufacturing Practice ), good documentation practices and cGXPs.

Travel time

  • This position will require near 15 % travel, including travel to RXQ Ohio facilities located at Albany and Athens, Ohio; and travel for training, supplier audits and other general business needs.
