Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires
  • Lead generation for the sales team
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Set up new Customer Accounts
  • Follow up on customer interactions

General Requirements: Experience with Salesforce and Seamless.AI preferred. Must have a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, ease communicating and working as part of a team, a focus on detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, exhibit potential to advance to higher technical levels, and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Some flexibility is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Inside Sales Interns
RXQ Compounding, LLC, a 503B Outsourcing Facility, now located in Albany, OH, is seeking 3-4 Inside Sales Interns to call new customers to help generate leads for our sales team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Understanding our business and the entire product line

Job Requirements:

  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with cold calling.

Lab Technician

RXQ Compounding, LLC is now hiring part-time and full-time lab technicians to assist our pharmacist and team members at our location in the Ohio University Innovation Center in Athens, OH. The position will move to our new location in Albany, Ohio when the facility opens.

Shipping Technician

RXQ Compounding, LLC is now hiring a full-time Shipping Technician. This individual will report directly to the Shipping Manager. 

General Requirements: Job duties shall include but are not limited to picking, checking and packaging items from an extensive list of products. This person will assist in taking inventory of shipping materials and reporting to the Shipping Manager when stock is low. Organizational skills and attention to details are critical to ensure customers receive their order on time and correctly picked.

Experience: Preferably 1-2 years working in a shipping/inventory organizational role. Must have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Shipping Easy software.

Education: College degree in science field preferred.

Quality Control Manager in Athens/Albany, OH

This position is responsible for managing the personnel and requirements of Quality Control at RXQ Compounding. The QC Manager is responsible for the review and verification of compounding activities at RXQ to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and company policies and procedures. RXQ places a high value on cooperative team dynamics and a positive, “can-do” work ethic. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where a strong sense of urgency is the norm and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

· Monitoring Compounding activities and performance of periodic Quality Control verification.
· Daily interaction and partnering with Compounding staff to correct quality issues and for quality improvements.
· Verification and documentation of final testing reports from approved testing facilities.
· Investigation of product non-conformities.
· Investigation of customer feedback (complaints).
· Periodical quality reports for internal and external use.
· Product label control accountability including approval of new label design and verification of label accountability.
· Author and approval of RXQ documentation, specification and processes.
· Determine the need for resource allocation for Quality Control including equipment, personnel and training requirements for Quality Control.

Essential Duties:
· Manage, train and develop a diverse team of quality control personnel.
· Support company and organizational goals.
· Provide frequent and timely communication to management, internal personnel and suppliers related to compounding processes.
· Determination of the acceptability of RXQ raw material and product based on results of review of documentation, test results and knowledge.
· Be the company microbiology subject matter expert for day to day process decisions and continuous improvement.

· BS preferably in Microbiology, or Chemistry or related science.
· 2 years of relevant experience in aseptic processing.
· 2+ years of managing Quality Unit in cGMP aseptic processing facility.
· Proven experience training teams and developing/coaching direct reports.
· Demonstrated and continued knowledge of ICH, ISO, 21 CFR 210 and 211, USP, FDA Guidance (i.e. FDA Draft Guidance Current Good Manufacturing Practice – Guidance for Human Drug Compounding Outsourcing Facilities Under Section 503B of the FD&C Act and FDA Guidance for Industry – Sterile Drug Products Produced by Aseptic Processing – Current Good Manufacturing Practice), good documentation practices and cGXPs.

Travel time
This position will require near 5 % travel for training, supplier audits and other general business needs.

HR Manager/Director

RXQ Compounding, LLC is a rapidly growing 503B outsourcing facility in Albany, Ohio.  This newly created position will be responsible for assessing, developing and implementing a human resource function. Reporting to the company’s COO/CFO, it’s a great opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to build an HR department from the ground up, using their skills and experiences.  

Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Develop job descriptions for existing and newly created positions.
  • Develop a process to source employees, including screening, interviewing, selection and on-boarding.
  • Develop a performance management system, compensation and reward strategy to attract, motivate and retain high performing employees.
  • Assess payroll, HRIS and benefit programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and monitor employee relation issues and employment records.
  • Assess, update and maintain the employee handbook.
  • Assist managers by developing and/or sourcing technical and managerial training programs.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field required. A master’s is an added plus.
  • SPHR, SHRM is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years managing an HR department.

Inside Sales Representative

RXQ Compounding, LLC is seeking part-time and  full-time Inside Sales Representatives to assist our growing team in Albany, OH. This is a breakthrough opportunity in the new paradigm of FDA 503B licensed outsourcing facilities, as we are one of the few 503B licensed outsourcing labs in the country. Job Responsibilities include:
